- Terms of Service -
Terms must be agreed upon before commissioning.

By commissioning me you automatically accept my Terms of Service.
It is recommended these are read before commissioning.

General
- I have the right to decline any commission inquiry.
- I have the right to update commission prices and information, although, if a commission was already accepted and a price was agreed upon the price will not change.
- Any artwork by me is not allowed to be copied, traced, or heavily referenced.
- Commissions vary in turnout time, however, the general date given is one(1) week to one(1) month for all commissions due to physical limitations. If this time period is not agreeable to the client do not commission me.
- If a commission is to have a specific date or to be a rushed order this must be stated before the commission is accepted, there will be a fee.
- It is strictly prohibited for the client or any of my work to be sold, used, or promoted as an NFT or anything involving Cryptocurrency. This will result in a permanent black list.
- If requested by the client commissions can be sent via email or .rar files via discord.


Image Rights/Personal Use
- I have the right to the distribution and use of commissioned artwork.
- I have the right to share any commission via social media, website, etc.
- The client can’t remove my sign/signature nor claim the piece as theirs.
- The client may not post the commissioned artwork on their social media unless otherwise discussed. If allowed, you can’t remove the watermark/signature and/or must provide a link to any of my social media.
- The client can’t use the commissioned artwork for commercial use unless priorly discussed or a commission description states otherwise. (Emotes, Talk Avatars)
- The client can make alterations to the commissioned artwork such as flipping/rotating the image, changing its colors, etc. However, my sign can’t be altered.
- If the client does not want the commissioned artwork shared on social media/public domains it must be stated before the commission is accepted.

Payment and Refund
- I only accept payment through PayPal.(USD)
- Full payment must be given upfront for the commission to be started.
- Once the commission is confirmed and accepted by me I will send you a link to my PayPal where payment can be made.
- Payment plans are accepted for prices higher than $100, the client has the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% at a later date or other discussed percentages.
- If there is a payment plan commission will not be progressed after a certain stage until full payment is received.
- Prices listed on commissions are the base prices, taxes will be integrated into the final price.
- Payment is not to be sent until the commission is accepted and confirmed by me, if currency is sent before being accepted it will be sent back and not accepted.
- I have the right to cancel and refund any commission, with the client being told prior, due but not limited to; lack of ability to continue, lack of communication, inappropriate behavior, or rudeness/conflict.
- Refunds are only accepted while in the sketch stages, once a commission is sketched and accepted by the client refunds are no longer applicable.
- Corrections can be charged extra if requested after the sketch stage, during lining, shading, etc.


Image Rights/Game Assets
- The client can use commissioned artwork as assets in games, free to play or paid.
- The client must give credit to Cassius is Confined in the credits portion of the game.


Commercial Rights
Commercial rights depend on various elements and will need to be discussed with the client. The base rate is 40% of the commission price. Pieces used on platforms that pay the client fall under commercial rights (Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.), this also allows the user to use the commissioned artwork on merchandise.
